These Terms and Conditions outline how Local and Online provides digital services, including website design, SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation, digital consulting, automations and AI systems. By using localandonline.com.au or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services Provided
Local and Online offers a range of digital services including:

• SEO services
• Google Business Profile optimisation
• Digital consulting
• Automation and AI systems
• Subscription or retainer-based services
• Digital products and downloads
These services may evolve or change over time.
General Disclaimer
All digital services are provided “as-is”. While we aim to deliver great results for every client, we cannot guarantee outcomes such as search rankings, increased traffic, customer growth or business performance. Results depend on many factors outside of our control.
Deposits and Payments
To begin any project, a deposit of 30 to 50 percent is required.
The remaining balance is due within 7 days after deliverables are provided, or through agreed split payments.
Payments can be made using credit card or bank transfer or by a third party gateway if available.
Late payments may delay project progress or release of final files.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for digital services, consulting or project work once started. Time, tools and development resources are allocated immediately after engagement, so work cannot be reversed.
Intellectual Property
Local and Online retains ownership of all design concepts, drafts and materials until full payment has been made.
Once final payment is received:
• You own the rights to your completed website
• You may use the final deliverables freely for your business
• Templates, systems or frameworks created by Local and Online may only be reused with written permission
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, including our website, marketing materials or social media
Client Responsibilities
To deliver work on time, we rely on clients to:
• Provide timely content, feedback and approvals
• Supply accurate business information
• Ensure they have rights to any material provided to us (images, logos, copy, etc.)
Service Access and Availability
We aim to keep services online and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting issues or third-party platforms may cause temporary outages.
Limitation of Liability
Local and Online is not responsible for loss of income, loss of data, downtime, errors, business interruptions or indirect damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our role is to provide digital services, not business, legal or financial guarantees.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Termination
Either party may end a project if communication breaks down or agreed responsibilities are not met. Any completed work or costs incurred until that point must still be paid.
